On Saturday October 5, a four hour Benefit Concert took place on the rooftop stage of the Hotel Chelsea. All were there to celebrate A Fiya, a person well known to Chelsea residents and music lovers everywhere. A Fiya has hosted many live music events over many years in SL most notably at Chelsea and at the late (GREAT) Dirty Grind venue.
More than 21 musicians each performed a 10 minute live set (a daunting organizational feat accomplished by her colleagues, Shyla – the Super-Gecko and Elektra Panther).
The concert raised in excess of $107,000L for our friend and colleague.

A heartfelt thank you to all who performed and attended. Although unable to attend the concert – A Fiya has since dropped in and was overwhelmed to receive the linden love collected and to know so many musicians donated their time and talent. Many thanks for the support and generosity of everyone involved.
