It’s different
Our rental policies and prices reflect our mission to support the arts and artists in Second Life. Both our hotel room and gallery prices are on a sliding scale to provide spaces for artists at all levels of budget and accomplishment, including economy packages that anyone can afford. Note that these prices are for individual artists only. Agents wishing to exhibit works of others are welcome but pricing is negotiable and includes a percentage of sales.
Note the minimum starting tenancy is 2 weeks, but renewals are at any length. We apologize, but at this time we cannot offer refunds on early termination of vacancy.

RENTAL RATES
HOTEL ROOMS
Room packages are based in part on room size (Studio vs Suite) and whether rear facing, front/balcony or penthouse. The rate scales are the same, but the less expensive economy packages are available only in smaller and rear-facing rooms

Note that hotel rooms can be used as galleries, and priced accordingly, by arrangement with staff when tenancy starts.
GALLERIES
We offer three super-economy packages in our smaller galleries:
10 prims at L$10 per week
That is a year’s rental for under $2 US. Possibly the best value in Second Life!
20 prims at L$30 per week
30 prims at L$60 per week
Larger size and premium placement affect the minimum packages available for other galleries.
Additional allocations of 5 prims at L$15 per week, up to 100 prims.

RETAIL & SHOPS
We welcome retail stores, depending on the nature of the store and vendors as script load is a major concern for our performing artists. Rental rates and other terms are negotiable.

LONG TERM RENTAL
As in the RL Hotel Chelsea, many of our artists and residents stay with us for years. We reward that loyalty with discounts for long term rentals, on the following schedule.
6 weeks paid earns one free week
10 weeks paid earns two free weeks
25 weeks paid earns 6 free weeks
Loyalty rewards are given automatically for a single purchase at the levels shown, using pay buttons provided on the rental meter. Accumulating multiple purchases to a bonus level (such as 3 consecutive purchases of 2 weeks each) does not qualify or receive a bonus. Bonus weeks are not refundable and early termination of tenancy will forfeit awarded bonuses.
