CYBORGIANS (Hybrid Being)
KURT HEAVENLY
Portraits from L’Éternité Kurt Cobain Tribute (KURT HEAVENLY).
Debuting on Día de los Muertos, CYBORGIANS inhabits the intimate threshold between human and digital self. The work moves toward an alternative state of cybernetic existence where memory, myth, and technology converge; neither alien nor disruptive, but personal, poetic, and persistent.

The Artists
Cinderella CC and Kaye D’Arche Heavenly are conceptual immersive artists based in Cascadia. Their shared practice moves between the visible and the unseen, interdimensional performance, and virtual worldbuilding.
L’Éternité Kurt Cobain Tribute began before 2019. Taking its name and literary lineage from Arthur Rimbaud’s poem, the project examines how creative presence persists through the imagination of those who follow. It explores afterworld identity, mortality, and the uncertain boundary between a life lived and a life continually re-created by others. In contrast to reductive or sensationalized portrayals, the work remains attentive to contradiction, self-expression, creative possibility, and paths left unexplored. Best known for KURT HEAVENLY, their approach to social media is an artistic medium rather than a promotional platform.
Images, narratives, and alternate timelines develop through audience interaction, algorithmic circulation, and AI-assisted creation, extending the work beyond the gallery walls. Through AR/VR, 3D environments, experimental sound, and generative media, they craft gnostic artifacts that inhabit the spaces between presence and absence, the remembered and the imagined.
Presented freely in appreciation of the creative community at Virtual Hotel Chelsea, with no commercial intent.
